Karu and e.e got the point, tagged trusted enough to have this privilege.

As for non-tagged, you can clearly massive rulebreaker almost every single day using UC especially from cafes. So it's a big NO to enable this for non-tagged.

As for the suggestions , I do fully support this as long they stick to the main rules.

I don't really understand this suggestion. Why should tagged members be able to /hit others while in hitman skin?

-> Because some players are annoying and need hits placed on them
-> So that (tagged) Pagati members can also place hits and it's not just me
-> Because the server needs more hits being placed
-> So that tagged members waste more money.
