A way to handle cafe ban evaders

I see many ucs playing as a cop, I believe restricting leo skins to 250-500+ score will do the work and remove free weapons from bounty hunter skill so they won’t be able to get free weapons on spawn.

Issue there is you can get 500 score in a few hours no problem. Most of the evaders who make problems end up with 1500-2500 before staff start really making hard calls on them

Even 1000 score will do work, it takes a while to achieve it.

I did 1000 in one night (4-5 hours) just by doing robbery streaks....
