Maybe i'm going with wrong explanation, deny this suggestion.

I can see that special unbans are not like before, players want to be unbanned not like before , less applicant.

You are right here . I approve also i'm convinced with your suggestion because as i think it will participate on making the server player datababse better and it will increase the number of the players .
