As moose said i would go with solar energy. It costs alot but much better for the environment.


You can't really pick one because both of them have really bad cons.

What if dam start to leak and made a huge crack ?
What if a meltdown started and cant be stopped?

But overall they have more safety procedures on nuclear power. I know one nuclear power plant that is covered with 10 foot concrete walls. The walls are strong enough to stop a 747 that's going 300 knots. So overall i guess its much secure. Because if the power plant exploded, those walls will reduce it a lot but in other hand there is not really a way to stop radiation.

Also any bad things about solar power ?
i know:
- it takes space
- They need to be cleaned a lot
- Really expensive

The only thing available in my country Pakistan, right now would be Hydro-electricity. 70% of our electricity is generated from that and so it's really important

What kind of walls is it? Because the radiation are properly gamma and it's not just that easy to stop.

Nuclear energy, no doubt. The benefits surpassed the risk by lightyears.

I don't know what makes you think that solar energy is better. Nuclear energy is also environmental, and not sure if you are aware but Nuclear materials got the most energy because of the Alpha,Beta and Gamma rays a.k.a Radiation. Solar energy cannot be even compared to nuclear power plants. Solar panels are for personal use, where the nuclear power plants are to power up the entire country. Make a research and you'll see that no other way is even half efficient as the nuclear materials when it comes to energy.

Deserts are free, just use those spots for power.

Yeah, imagine solar panels over the whole Sahara Desert.

I'm gonna place a million of pannels in the desert, will it make me rich ?

What you are talking about will never be possible. In the desert there is sand and there is also wind. This will stop the panels from being effective. They can't be cleaned that often because there are constant winds. Also, we can never run out of nuclear material, since there is a chemical process to make radioactive elements. Make a research about it. Also lemme put it this way, 1 gram of uranium can emit more energy than the entire sahara desert with panels ( assuming they are cleaned, which is very unlikely ) for a 1000 years. Not to mention plutonium which is by far the most radioactive element that exists on the planet earth.
