They do that even without the tag... usually because far too many trouble makers spammed them for rights.

I didn't mind when it was removed, I wouldn't mind if it was to come back. Whatever suits majority

Doubt if it will happen.. they will need to make huge efforts to bring it back and they might get a big headache for doing so (reviewing tag applications and set their tags manually).
