⊱ i would like to give him positive because he really deserves a chance he tried a lot of times to join us but he wasn't ready to join but i think now he can be one of us so i'm agree for him.
⊱ about his attitude looks good also he good person as i see.
⊱ his english isn't good but he trying to improve it maybe with more time he will improve his english skills as soon as possible.
Side notes: gave him chance why not he's ready to join and i didn't see anything wrong about him
