Well, the applicant always showed good attitude towards me at least, but the most important point is his unstable activity, and even most of the times when he is active on the server he is AFK, and the last point is his lack of skills. It is recommended that you improve your activity on the server, be more effective, and improve your skills. Nothing personal, it's just negative so far.
