After considering the factors to join the faction , The applicant has a good attitude and has the skills to the join the faction but I think the applicant needs to improve their cop activity. The applicant has what it takes to join the faction but their law enforcement skin activity is low and new to work on that. If they increase their activity then they can have the green light until then i am going for a Neutral vote.
