Abusing any bugs/features in the game is included in rules for abusing violations. Adding a more direct rule is unnecessary to me personally. I suggest if you come across such case(s) , turn your recorder on a file a report, let the admins do the verdict and decide whether it's exploiting/abusing or not. It's really hard to enforce the rule considering players having different setups and fps on default , so filing a report to each case would be the best solution , at least to me.
