After you were uncuffed, I accidentally misclicked and fired a single M4 bullet at you. As shown in the video, I immediately ran away afterward to give you a chance to react and engage fairly. Once you started running, then began fighting you normally. The video clearly shows that the initial shot was accidental and that I backed off before the actual fight started.

Here I started to fight you when you went to run:

Yeah, sure. Your intention was to kill me the moment I was released, but you tried to deny it by claiming you gave me some time. When your excuses didn't work, you decided to lie instead. Even though you know it's a rule violation, you continue to argue instead of accepting the truth.

Hello.
The rule states:
Utilizing the /cuff command as a weapon against an unwanted or innocent hitman. This rule does not restrict the use of /cuff to conduct one (1) search or /rp within a reasonable period of time. The unwanted or innocent hitman must be given reasonable opportunity to retreat after being uncuffed.
The video you provided shows exactly one instance of you being /cuffed and searched then released. Since you were not chainsawed instantly nor 4shot to death immediately after being uncuffed, you were given "reasonable opportunity" to retreat. Both SWAT officers can be seen retreating after the search was conducted and then the fight resumed. No rules were broken.

Kind regards,
G19
