I have teamed with this guy many times. However, I have never been satisfied with his performance as a teammate, so I believe he still needs more time to understand what the team stands for and to learn to treat everyone equally, also his haste sometimes ruins the enjoyment I'm trying to get while playing in skin. I don't believe he's ready to fit into the faction yet, Negative.

One of my concerns is your attitude. I still find it to be somewhat inconsistent, and at times you come across as immature. I don't think you're quite ready for the responsibility that comes with being a SWAT member. I believe you should work on remaining more composed and handling situations in a more mature manner.

I'm also not convinced by your LEO activity. Most of the time, I only see you switch to LEO whenever SWAT members are online so you can ask to team up. Even if nobody responds, you continue following us and repeatedly jump into our vehicle. I'd like to see more consistent and convincing LEO activity before I reconsider my vote in the future.

While I am casting a positive vote, I would still advise him to continue working on his maturity. He should avoid acting friendly or helpful only when it benefits him personally and instead maintain the same respectful attitude toward everyone consistently. Developing a more genuine and mature approach will help him integrate better into the faction and earn the trust of its members.

On the last word, I believe he can further develop the maturity expected from a SWAT member.
