Your reason is bad,you broke a server rule (jail evaded) and I almost never saw you in cop skin.I don't know how you got that ar level because every time I see you,you work as a salesman or gun dealer.
BTW "i was mad on that time" is not a excuse for jail evading.So if you get accepted you will go mad and break a SWAT rule? If you can not follow server rules I can't expect from you to follow SWAT rules.
