First of all I want to say that I'm not sure are you a straight cuffer or a /ar level spammer.Well,you spammed drugs and it's very possible that you spammed /ar level.I have no proof of you spamming /ar level so let's say that you are a straight cuffer...Your reason is bad,hilarious and too short.The only good thing is your /ar level but it's maybe spammed so my vote is definitely negative.

First of all when you are in cop skin you CAN dm.For example if a cop shoots a civilian that's dm.That's just a proof that you doesn't understand rules and you don't know what's dm...
