Heres the real solution:

1.Open your XBOX with a screwer.
2.Spot the Storage Disc
3.Take it out
4.Put it under your pillow and sleep.
5.3 nights sleeping with it put it back.
6.Try to open.
7.See the error again.
8.Post here it didnt work.
9.Throw your XBOX out of your window
10.It will fall over a man walking by.
11.That guy is Bill Gates
12.Bill gates will be so disappointed with this,as XBOX is microsofts tech and hes working with microsoft
13.He will suicide

i dont have xbox but.

1st format the whole system
re-install gta san
then dont play for 2 days
after 2 days on it slowly , it might works LOL.

i am a bit newbie for xbox
