Note: I know we're friends bro, but I gotta do what the best for the team, Improve your self and your skills and quit straight cuffing.

What to do to get retest and I have improved my driving,speed command usage,rules and shooting,So I want retest.

shooting : he uses 4 shots as sawnoff rather 2 shoots. good knowledge of lag shooting. His hitbox was impossible to find it his ping 150-210. randomly jumps from 155 to 210.

Sorry... but you can't get a retest. You had to improve before.

Once u've applied for swat/army u can not just give up with your application and go apply for army/swat

Well, you can't go apply for army straight away...
you have to wait 2-weeks!, seems pretty much legit ha?
Oh wait did i mention your not denied yet?, so you have to wait till you get denied and then wait 2-weeks and then! you can re-apply.
