The minimum to pass the test is to score 3/5 on rules but you couldn't.
It doesn't matter how much you scored on your last test,you should have prepared better for this one.

). Well, you didn't score the needed 3/5 on rules so you will be denied anyway. Ger didn't test your skills so they are unknown for me. Also Ryder jailed you for DM. If you can't follow the server rules then we can't expect from you to follow SWAT rules. Your bad score in rules and getting jailed for DM shows me that you don't care or maybe don't understand the rules. Re-read the rules and follow them. Stay active as cop and keep improving your skills and you'll be might accepted next time.
