First of all, the cop cuffed you to search you for drugs or such, he was no where near 6 cuffs. Another cop /rp'ed you for the reason of "escape", you got yellow, went mad and carparked on him which caused him to die. I was spectating you all the time and jailed you for deathmatch (carpark = deathmatch).
