a normal player never broke a rules or flammed someone.
your skills are not bad but its not good enough .
you need more practise if you will train for 2 weeks and apply again you will do your test better and get more positive's ,
keep improving and fix your skills.

Well, I don't see you often IG and your /status seems fine. Your attitude is good, you tried to get in SWAT many times and you still didn't give up. Your skills need practice, train your shooting and speed of commands. Everything other is fine. Improve your skills (shooting, speed of cmds) and be active as cop.
