The rule is simple. It says that when a pagati member is on the pagati soil, the swats can't do anything because if you guys try to drag pagati member, then all the pagati members can take you guys out for no reason. And when a pagati members is out of the pagati soil you can take them the pagati member down/drag and take him to lspd red checkpoint. I don't know why are you discussing this topic but it is clear that you can't drag a pagati member on their soil.

Nono.. we are not allowed to chase pagati wherever they are if they are going for a hit or something.

And why would you ask for a lock? It should be open for discussion.

First of all stop arguing about locking. It's juts senseless. If you didn't know the reason why topics should be locked is when they are turning into flame wars, provoking between users or something else what is against the forum rules. The admins don't lock the topics just because you want to ( unless you are the creator of the topic but it makes no sense to lock it anyway ).

And there is already a topic-discussion about the agreement.
