I remember Auto told us some time ago that we can /tune only if we are being DMed but there are no suspects near. Not just suspects, but also players who have been robbed, raped etc by you ( basically there must not be any players near that would be in an unfair position towards you when using /tune ). I asked Drastic and he confirmed that IG the other day.

Here are some examples to make it clear:

You are chasing a suspect and being DMed, can you /tune? No.
You are being DMed but there are no suspects nearby, can you tune? Yes.
You have robbed one guy, got in a car and he starts to chase you. You also got DMed in the meanwhile. Can you /tune? No, it would be unfair towards the player who has been robbed by you.

BUT
Until Auto confirms that do what Gilles said. Use /tune only when being shot by a hacker.


About the /fix command for SWAT...
I cannot understand why you guys are constantly crying about being DMed and the /fix command. If you are being DMed then don't just sit there and cry in the mainchat! /report the DMer and try to run away. The reason why this command will never be added for SWAT is that every other class would have to get it too. This command could be used against Dmers, but also against criminals which would be totally unfair. As I said, try to avoid the DMer, report him and finally, if your car gets destroyed just get a new one. It's the best, and only thing to do.

As i said
Dont use tune when your car is on fire.
If you got shot by a hacker, just report him to admins amd let them handle or just go away from the situation.
If you try to use tune, admins will ban you.
Admins nowadays are active and aggressive. I am saying this because xsellize used tune and he got jailed and warned, dj used tune and got banned. Before, i have seen many swat players tune abusing but admins never took them to task.
For me, i'll never use tune whether i am dmed by anyone..

I agree. Almost every SWAT member tune abuse when their car is on fire, and it really annoys me. Not only the new members.

i wass in game and admin drastic wass online and i /ask if u can /tune when u get dmed his answer was [if u get dmed u can do that but u can better dont do it when there is a suspect on distance.]
