He is using Proxy since he cannot join with his own IP

The point is that a large amount of these "leaving topics" are like a cry for popularity. They say they leave, but then they don't leave.

Same here, Alpha said, he deleted his samp, but almost a week later, still plays.

I am not, I've re-install samp and connected with proxy just to give my stuff, I've deleted samp from my computer.

The "Last seen" also counts if you login in your UCP. So, maybe he didn't play, but went logged on his UCP.
