Think long and hard about this. Is it fair to jail someone, without warning, for breaking a rule that isn't even a rule? Wouldn't a warning be appropriate? You are just way too admin-happy. You must ban so many people that you don't even know how long my ban is, because it's 5 days, not 10 days.

Lolcat telling you in teamspeak "Im about to put a hit on this guy", and you come to me, he waits until you are right beside me, places the hit, and you are already shooting my tires out before I even know I have a hit on me. That's the fair and right thing to do? You are contradicting yourself. If you want people to do the fair and right thing, how about you(an admin) start doing the fair and right thing yourself? And that link isn't pointless, it shows everyone how ban-happy you are, and that you hand out bans like candy at halloween.

And saying that I've been banned 7 or 8 times before only further proves my point, this was an unfair ban. If I have been banned that many times, and this is my first time coming here to make an unban appeal, shouldn't that tell you something? Use a little more common sense and a little less admin commands.

You jailed lolcat and he placed a hit on you. I see you down the street and begin to shoot you after I get out of the grotti. You escape and I turn back around and get my nrg to get to you. Began shooting you at a corner and right before you died you quit. You still don't seem to understand doing that isn't fair and allowed. It's like jail evading. Jail evading isn't on the rules, but when someone jail evades they gt auto jailed when they enter ingame. Unwritten rule and action still takes place. You evaded a hit. Like kidnap evading and like jail evading you will be punished for a hit evade.

You don't seem to understand that if a rule is "UNWRITTEN", there is no way for anyone to know that rule. Are you still confused on this? How can I be breaking a rule when there is absolutely nothing said about this "rule" in /rules and /pc. How can a person know what these rules are, when they are not in /rules or /pc? That is my question, and you cannot seem to comprehend the question and formulate an answer. And your story is complete bullshit, I know what was said in teamspeak because I was sitting in teamspeak listening to you!

Yes as I said on the first post I said why not hit him. And as soon as the hit was placed I turned back around and shot ya. Then got into my nrg and chased you down. And yet again you're still wrapped around not understanding it. Yes it's unwritten so most don't know the rules, but once again stop and think about it because you aren't. You don't think you'll be punished for evading a hit? For evading in general? You're evading something. You don't need to be warned for that. It's like jail evading. I am so glad that you admit using teamspeak to your advantage. Now my question is, How is using teamspeak in this way "fair and right to do"? (your own words in describing what PLAYERS should do). You expect PLAYERS to do the "fair and right thing", but how is what you did "fair and right" at all? You are an ADMIN, who should be setting an example, not looking for more and more ways to exploit PLAYERS for more points. How is jailing before warning fair(especially on an "unwritten rule")? How is banning a person permanently for flaming "fair and right"? You seem to think everyone else should do the "fair and right" thing, but somehow this doesn't apply to you? You are just a ban happy admin who needs a good talking-to from a senior admin.

Why would I pm him when I can tell him over voice? Hahaha. Why type /report when people tell us over teamspeak. Why talk wou /pgm when you can talk to the group on teamspeak. If you think I'm the only guy using teamspeak to tell people to place hits or just for anything related to samp then you're awfully wrong. Everyone does it. Now stop the petty talk. I'll reduce it down a couple days since topgear has enlightened my mood.

As you can see, these two stories are not the same. So like I said, your story is complete bullshit.

The first quote is you saying, you saw me down the street, then began to shoot. The second quote is you saying, you turned around and shot me. As you can see, these stories are not the same. Like I said before, you used teamspeak to give you an advantage over other players, which is the same thing as cheating(giving yourself an advantage that other players do not have). Why is an admin cheating, and then jailing and banning me for breaking an "unwritten rule" without giving me any warning at all?

You later bring up that I told lolcat to hit you so I had to include me telling him. Your original post was you saying me shooting you and you just noticing. Once you brought up me telling lolcat to hit you I had to explain that part since it was previous to me saying I saw you down the street so I shot you

Someone really needs to give you lessons being an admin. You don't BAN first, you WARN or KICK first. Who the hell just bans someone out of the blue without first giving them a warning or kick? (Unless they are hacking or DMing, CERTAINLY not for breaking an "unwritten rule") Now you claim to be reducing the ban, but because someone "enlightened your mood"? Your mood shouldn't play a part in you being a fair admin, should it? If the ban was "fair and right" in the first place, you wouldn't reduce anything. You know this ban is retarded, and you being in a bad mood is no reason for you to ban someone without giving them any kind of warning or kick first.
