One huge difference between Hobo breaking rules and all other rule breaks is that this happened in a controlled and approved environment. That is, I had approved everything and under no means was anyone unwillingly harmed by Hobo's actions. The point of having rules is to maintain a balance between the players and make sure nobody gets any unfair advantage. Since this is true I don't believe this caused any harm to anybody.
