This guy is a good man but he is not ready to join us.He is not really skilled to work for us or complete any work we ask him.We need borned killers and brave men in our family Mr.Mulino.

This guy has the heart in the right place and is willing to work hard, however, he isn't ready.
He can't do anything on his own and lacks creativity.

Also my job was to watch over him while he did his walking task.
He had to walk from our headquarters to the market.
He stopped several times while he said he had to text message a friend of him and later on make a call.

It has been 15 days since we had our first appointment/task and we've had many more since then and my final opinion/verdict is this:

Roy Mulino, I'm not really impressed from you. I gave you several tasks, I sent you to rob the bank, But you failed and get caught. Soon, Jay helped you in getting out. Second, I said you to swim from a long distance to the beach shore, I was spectating you from a heli and you did't noticed me, I saw you taking help from your friend in doing the swimming task. Third, I said you to walk from our base to deliver guns to an other mafia, You delivered it but I noticed some loss in cash, I did't pointed you out, and you also took rest in between the task, You did't impressed me. I think you're not experienced enough to join the family.
