Basically I was trying to tell the members something and make them realize something. I did nothing wrong in terms of breaking rules, I gave myself that warning to send out a message and show the members what being in a team means. I could go on and explain but I'll keep it short and sweet.

I wouldn't really view it as a "sacrifice". The whole point was showing you guys what being a member of a team means. It's not about what you get but about what the team gets. Every member should be able to sacrifice his interests if it's for the greater good of the team. My main objective is how will I benefit SWAT, not myself.

Take one for the team.
In other words as explained Sunday took one for the team showing everyone of the swat team what it means to be a team and how it should be for all on the swat team. The warning that Sunday added to his name is there to basically show you guys that "the warning" is the "one" you take for the team.

(I thought this was funny as this tied into what happened to me today)
