If our votes are going to count, I'd say no. What you did is not good, you shouldn't have evade, insulted the S.W.A.T. team.

If you wish to apply for a whitelist then PM the SWAT account. It doesn't matter what the SWAT members think. They don't know what exactly happened so they aren't able to make a fair judgement.
