I highly highly doubt that somebody would go to the effort of getting 32 donation points to try to '' get you banned '' - Why would they have a grudge against you that badly to try and get you banned by sending you donation points.
When you received the donation points you didn't raise it to a member of staff as a potentially 'suspicious' transfer, If I randomly received 32 Donation points from a guy that I've never heard of / has a low score I would certainly see it as suspicious. On the other hand you decided to keep the donation points and I trawled through logs to figure out that you had in fact obtained them from a bank hacker.
