Modding question, I know there's a mod section don't care

Did you post this because the title of my post didn't make it clear enough to you?
"I know"
as in, I have the knowledge that there is a mod section, that I already have a clear understanding that I've learned about said section, and the second part is that
"don't care"
as in, do not care
as in I did not care enough to post it in the actual mod section since less people check that section than the bar.

RoSa is not complete yet, go for SRt3, you should use that as a base, then add other textures, like 90% GTA IV textures for LS, then I Marty Mcfly roads for LV and GTA IV roads for SF

Did you tried installing it on a clean version?
