2nd and 3rd picture: You two have a senseless conversation and what else? Ehmm, pretty much nothing else.

Other then that, no actions taken. If you have any complains to speak about, lets use PM instead of creating new topics over and over again.

A tip for you:

You cannot report for:

1. Single DM - Try to get avoid the situation.
2. Minor insults - Use /pmoff, and try to report in game using /report.
3. A cop shooting a wanted or a wanted shooting a cop.
4. You can't report on behalf of another person.
5. A civilian shooting a wanted player or a wanted player shooting a civilian (they may have good reasons for doing so).
6. Wanted player(s) shooting wanted player(s) (It's impossible to prove a DM when there is a wanted. Anything could have happened before.).
7. Jail evaders. We have an autojail system.
