If you want to survive instead of dying i really suggest, as i said before, find a team.
It's a team vs team after all, the bitching and crying about someone having to shoot someone else before a gunfight comes is gone.

What about new players?
What about them? They have a tutorial added for them.
If they are un-willing to learn by using that or asking around then it's their own loss.
A newbie will be a newbie untill he puts in some work.
I don't see where you're heading with this, teaming up isn't a hard thing to do unless you're a-social or thinking you're a god that can do this all by himself.
It's a good thing, the changes, it enforces people to eventually socialize and create teams/friendships.

It enforces people to DM/cophunt 24/7 as they won't get punished
This isn't a DM server so why should this be allowed?
