Try to Update the Chipset and Network drivers using the computer manufacturer website.

Also, check if your connection is primary or secondary, if its secondary, then your computer must be showing that icon cause of the primary connection being unplugged.

right click on the X
click troubleshoot problems

i know now what the problem,, its not from pc its from wires some wires maybe broken or stopped working so ill change my internet
