Suggestion number 1 : 1- , not really needed.

Suggestion number 2 : 1+ , it's very good suggestion, i hope it will be added because it's helpful for the team.

1) As some comments/votes above, i don't see this function neccesary.
2) Useful & funny, this will avoid many troubles.

1. No, criminals can run easily in 5 seconds + they are terrorists, we can bomb them whether they are shooting us or not.
2. Okay.

1) That is not needed, you will just be complicating SWAT and adding a rule; this method is also very slow as some other people already wrote.
2) There's no need for this as the /su command isn't and won't be popular as you said yourself "if the 1st suggestion gets accepted", which it probably won't (it MIGHT, but I'm just looking at the votes) - this idea would just spam the SWAT chat out and members won't be able to see the really valuable info such as criminals and the IDs of criminals. The only useful thing in this would be the timer and the "CriminalC has been asked to surrender recently, therefore you cannot ask him to surrender again" announcement. This part would be useful and should be added because it will control the frequency of /su's. If surrenders are limited, spam is limited = SWATs are happy. Simples.

We will use less with swat bomb if this will get accpted since when you after crime they run away in 5 secs they can go from idlewood to jeff car shop without problem its will be hard to use this thing

1) No, we had that once and it was just annoying and destroying the SWAT playstyle. SWAT bombs are kind of stealth-ish, and we're not able to aim with them. They would be completely useless if we would have to /su first.

Interested to read more opinions on the 2nd point.
