Unfortunately, the picture that you have provided isn't the best source to take actions neither the best source of evidence.
Since you cannot "hurt" people inside the Saints base, the reported player is invited to avoid breaking said rule, also we will keep an eye if anything else happens.

We could take action but since the evidence just shows that the reported player only robbed one time inside the base, if the situation repeats we might take a harsh punishment.
