I like the idea, it's necessary and useful.
The thing is, i don't think we have to arrange everything and making it too complicated. Cops can just ask for teams, and we can train them indirectly that way.

+1 i see that is Cool suggestion , cuz now days their inactive in swat skin and while i teaming with swats i noticed that the swats hate newbies and dont want them team with swats and they said to the newbies Busy Busy , this suggestion will also help the newbies who want to join swats it will be useful for them
