No, the results are the results and the scales are fixed.

Since you are asking to arrange your test overall and you failed the minimum score overall you are completely automically denied. Now a general will choose your duration time to re-apply again because it isn't allowed to ask TOs or Generals to arrange your test you aren't special from the others that would be unfair. We treat people equally in the server and in the S.A Army team, please note this up next time you apply, good luck next time.
