actually there was only 1 guy and he shooting you while he was white, and where is problem? he is not my friend, and there was only 1 guy, and when they following me? when? we were shooting on you, and you cuff us, he get away or something and i jump on your car and punch it, and there is anti dm sistem so we can shoot when we are whites on cop

first of all, let me tell you that i didnt read a single word from what you wrote above (applies to both of you).

now for the report,
his reasons are 100% valid. he can /rp you for that, any time he wants. disturbing someone's peace is 101% valid /rp reason. why you didnt leave him after all?
and yes, you are allowed to jump on his car and destroy it as much as you want to. but he can /rp you for that also
