Thabk you for nominations Fatal and Wolfman. I'll do it tomorrow or day after. Unfotunately I can't risk getting burns from very hot water because of my trainings haha. I'll do the ice one and I'll place the ice in the bucket. Hopefully it won't be that much of the problem because I've been showering in ice cold water for a month after every training. I won't let you down niggas.
