I personally believe Omar's intentions were misinterpret and taken too seriously.
Alberto, he's your fellow soldier, and you're a senior member. I expect a different approach from you. Especially not the approach that includes reporting for empty words & sarcasm

There is no proof of him actually trying to bribe you, only empty words on main chat that are often misunderstood. As for the "personal benefit", he has no ribbons.

Attempting to say that you'll do something that illegitimately gives you what you want is no joke. If you want to say it's a joke, it's a terrible joke, hence the reason this is under investigation. You can't say I'll bomb the airport and claim it was a joke. Bombing an airport puts others at risk, puts yourself at risk, creates chaos, questioning and doubt of security. Forging your own ribbon causes others to doubt our security with the ribbons, puts yourself at risk, and could cause chaos. This is no joke. And if you really claim it's a joke, I think you should really look into what a joke is.

Alright Fatal , i said it and i know myself it was clearly a joke if you believe me or not , even if what ik its a joke , if you dont find it a joke then its okay , but i was joking ... why i will say something like that in main chat if it wasn't a joke ? What I said by illegitimately gaining something to your advantage was towards creating a ribbon yourself. Apparently it was a joke. I don't have time for stupidity. Think before you speak, please.
