trial, but i can get you full version if you need it...but trial can serve pretty well...(you know what comes with full versions )

Awesome guide man but i've got a lil problem,i use Action to record shit but the video format saves as .avi (or so i think)
And it doesn't show up as mp4 file so i can't select it.
Any ideas?

It doesnt matter. You can use any format to record the video, but once you import that video in Handbrake its output will be .mp4 (and must be .mp4). So basically, you convert your recorded video from .avi (in example) to .mp4.
