Greetings.

I'm not sure whether I'm allowed leave my opinion on Army suggestions, but thought I'd leave my comment/opinion on/towards this subject seeing as SWAT was brought up and etc.

Back in the days (2011-12) I personally must agree that Army was more enjoyable to play. This is because those vehicle restrictions and etc made ranks actually mean something more than just a rank next to your name in /armylist and the forum memberlist. Army members would work hard and strive to gain that higher rank to unlock that specific vehicle (for example; unlocking the hydra) and Army members would actually be looking forward and excited about promotions seeing as there is something to look forward for - something to unlock - a 'reward'.

Now, I left Army a few months after to join S.W.A.T. Why? Mainly because I wanted to try out something new. SWAT had a similar concept (and still have). Ranks actually meant (and still do mean) something - not in the terms of power but in the terms of rewards, enjoyability and most of all that ability to unlock new features within SWAT (more than just ranks) and yes - some power aswell seeing as lower ranks are obliged to respect and follow the higher ranks commands and instructions and that's mainly because SWAT is a team-based faction.

Anyways. Good-luck, I guess.
Euhh back in 2012, Alecz and Hobo were still generals. And trust me there was no such thing as vehicle restriction back then lol.
Don't get me wrong Fantastic but the number of times you applied for Army and S.W.A.T. makes me question everything you said in the 2 first sentences of your last paragraph.

To be honest, I agree with this suggestion.

You all know that we had some members who didn't know the different between hydra/hunter and made many mistakes in their first rank. There is a rule in life which says if someone wants to be successful in his/her life or job, he/she has to start from the beginning level. With that basis of point will be stronger, experiences will be more and mistakes will be less. We can follow this rule into the Army as well!

Hopefully, I was an Army member when the same thing happened. I don't want to say that was enjoyable or wasn't, but members paid more attention than nowadays, Rule breaks were less and our new members learned theirselves about how to using vehicles until get promoted.

I hope everything goes well.
