With the risk of facing a one day ban for posting here, I can also confirm that he DM-ed me too. Atleast he tried to. The reason why I don't get proof of him dming is simple, if I have to report every single dmer or snapshot every single DM, I wouldn't have time to play SAMP at all and my disk would be full by now.

The thing is i had. All your doinng is lieing constantly and the server logs will show i robbed no one as a kidnapped. I spawned at the victim near grotti. I went straight to G Killz house. Kidnapped Wallachia. THen we went toward San Fierro. You guys paid his ransom. He then bailed out the truck where u guys proceeded to rape/rob him. I went to airport got in a nevada just got airborn where u auto deagled my plane down. I bailed out, u raped me and robbed me. I alt tabbed and opened fraps. Started recording. Ran to the repawned nevada where u car jacked me and lock bugged it. Also where u tried to sawn off me as i was getting in. THen i went to the leviathen where i locked it before you could car jack me. So you DMed.

No action shall be taken in this matter for the following reasons. First off it would appear too be a witch hunt following torture and from evidence ive seen so far in reports there is just a terrible lack of evidence for what you all claim. Also as you Garret are wanted personally I think I can see truth between both stories so no action for DM could be taken.

However, the image posted by Nino will and has bought torture some jail time. Nobody has the right to say that and nobody will ever get away with saying that old or new.
