Just one more thing, please add the two old commands on the "new base" in LV. the commands are : /swopen and /swclose, please add them pl0x.

Other than that, I don't think we need a high tech base in LV with loads of cars and buildings, I guess, a simple base in a small area with swat zone color would be good enough.

A new base would be awesome. It's so boring to go from LS to LV for 3-4 suspects then having to go all the way back to LS.
