This suggestion is truly awesome! I don't really see why this hasn't been suggested before. I suggest we call it House Market instead, and maybe expand it one day to have a full market there next to the user control panel. I'm not really sure, but this suggestion can really take the economy features to a whole new level.

Add an option to sell the house to a specific person.
For example, I want to sell my house to Energ using UCP system, but I don't want anyone else to buy my house. Only Energ can buy my house and no one else.
