This happened after i installed Cleo 4.3.18:

Try using SampFucs 3.1.2 w/ Cleo 4.3.18. and try setting your GTA_SA.exe in different compability modes that are available.
GTA_SA.exe hasn't the Compatibility option through properties therefore i used this option through SA-MP icon, i tried every compatibility mode & none worked so far, it gave me the same or similar errors.

Well, This mod was working for me lately before Sa-Mp 0.3.7 came up. Now same problems which dani9 is facing i'm facing as well.
