Re-read my suggestion as you clearly don't get it. I suggested something that's very realistic and actually happens in real life. What cop doesn't get his money back after he arrests his robber ?

I think this will affect the robber's side and will cause an issue releated to the money robbed by robbers .. money earned by both cops/robbers should be somehow close to each other ... cops earn money from paychecks and per arrest , therefore , robbers earn money from robbing shops/players ... this means that if I robbed you and have been arrested by you .. I lose the money robbed + 60 seconds jail .. you can simply deposit or buy a wallet ...

Those are some questions that should be taken into consideration

1) What happens if the player deposited the money
2) What happens if another player arrested/killed that robber

I llike your idea but all assumptions should be taken into consideration
