You guys are doing your duties in a same faction, you should respect/help each other and try to keep the faction up. It makes us mad to see our soldiers are making an argument against each other for a little accident. We are not here to take actions for every little accident that happens within game. You could easily dealt with the complaint by yourselves instead of making it more complex than it was.

It was an accident and it could happen to everyone, just leave each other alone and stop hurting Army and your relations.

Faraon, as a higher ranked member, I expect you to show an example and teach our young members that every minor thing that happens isn't worth a report. That's the policy we're trying to bring in, and 95% things that happen in-game can be solved between you guys. Once again, as a senior member you should be the one warning members who make a mistake and only take it further if a member repeatedly breaks a rule.
