I'm kinda feeling a -1 on this because most houses for sale are used for resale. So most houses have already been transferred a few times.

It will increase the ingame value of house and because of this more people will donate for house and sell it to get money. Also this will increase Lsrcr donation too.

This was suggested before we got the "the only way to get a donated house is to donate (6dps)"
