Dafuq? How can you guys even think like that? No matters if it's for swat or army the main reason would be making community better and let players enjoy as much as they can, will i suggest this for ALL (which includes Swat/Army/Civilians/Robbers/Hitmans/Everyone) so yeah for all +1 and only for army or swat -1.

Special Weapons And Tactics

Army doesn't need that since they already have hydra and hunter to take down helicopters
