Why when a DM event or any cool event takes so long to finish, the admin that is hosting it don't complain? Because he just want you to fucking have fun! But when an event take so long the players start to complain and saying bullshit to the admin...

You know what takes hours to create and host events? I will be happy to list some of the reasons

'Shaco, open event 1 minute i want to join'
'Shaco, id # keeps punching'
'Shaco, can you give us hp and armor again'
'id # keeps ramming me'
'What's the price?! Packet? looool this event sucks'

^ You see who takes a lot of time now?

But the best one that I saw yet is:

'We're 100 players online,make an event!!'
- Plane LMS Event /event join ### -
'What?! Pls do sawn off dueling event its much better'
'No make a race instead,LMS sucks'

I'm not blaming the admins that events take long to create, I'm blaming the community. No one listens, no one follows instructions, always fist fighting, always complaining, always doing something that just drags on the time.

Playing for prize ruins the event to be honest, people don't play for fun. They only want the prize and when they die they complain.

The only events that don't end in minutes are probably deathmatch (because re-joining), and races/road trips (takes time to get to different areas of the map).

Unfortunately, this is true.

However it is not always from the admin side, since most players do not listen to admin's commands (stop shooting, do not punch, etc.).
In Addition, such situations can be avoided. If players are running then freeze them, if they're shooting then disarm them!
Most events take time, because admins have to teleport players to the other team give weapons and everything. Events should have a different / better setup.

Event System Hosting could really be improved and helpful for the admin
As an example let's say:
Admin creates virtual world. He then should choose how much teams he wants, weapons, where teams are spawned etc.
After he is done with the setup, he opens his virtual world, let's players join and put players into their teams.
Players would be already in their position with everything ready, and all the admin needs to do then is to just explain the rules, gameplay and so on...

TL;DR : Events could be created beforehand teleporting players, it surely reduces the admin's pressure / frustration, and player's patience. Also perhaps a better Event System Hosting as stated above.
