I don't think it's a good idea , also The events start when we get unfrozen as Alber said, also in duel you can say start at for example:13:25, so I don't think we need this command, sorry but i don't support this suggestion , -1.

Why do we need a countdown when there's time, most of the people just pick a timing to duel at, no need for a countdown.
